-[[Lance Vance|Lance]] and [[Victor Vance]] drop-by Mendez's mansion. The Mendez brothers are happy and tell them that they are "finished". Armando Mendez tells them that the Vance brothers are free and in return must leave town and give the Mendez's control of all their interests. The Vance's refuse and are attacked by henchman. After a short moment they wake up in [[Viceport]] in the middle of a place full of explosive tankers containing oil. Three [[Mendez Cartel|Mendez goons]] arrive and shoot at them but Victor and Lance both jump away and the Mendez goon accidentally shoots the velvet of a tanker and is caught in fire, and dies. Lance is trapped behind the places and Victor has to save him before the tankers all explode. Victor has actually lost his weapons but they are hidden behind a [[Sentinel]] outside. Victor makes his way and kills any henchman attacking him, he shoots three velvets and jumps on a [[PCJ-600]] parked there and along with Lance makes his way out just as the oil tankers all explode. They split out and now the Mendez Cartel are enemies of the [[Vance Crime Family]].

Victor escapes the area, shooting the remaining tankers, as he escapes on a [[PCJ-600|motorcycle]], whilst Lance manages to escape in the ensuing chaos. The two meet up shortly after and decide to split up, realising that they are now the enemies of the [[Mendez Cartel]].
