The uniform is unlocked after the mission [[Cop Land]] and can be obtained from within the locker room of the [[VCPD]] Headquarters in [[Washington Beach]]. While wearing the uniform, the player can explore this police station without a [[wanted Level in GTA III Era|wanted level]], and therefore without being shot, unless the player starts shooting a weapon.
