The beer is advertised throughout [[Liberty City in GTA IV Era|Liberty City]] in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]], and is seen on some [[Steed]] trucks. A vandalized advertisement for the beer can be seen on a [[Liquor Ace]] store in the [[Grand Theft Auto V]] trailer. The beer is advertised with the slogans "''The beer that brought the forests down''" and "''Best served with your sister''". The beer's name is likely a play on words of "''lager beer''". The first slogan could be based on [[:wp:Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company|Schlitz's]] "''the beer that made Milwaukee famous''" slogan.
