== Character history ==

Zeppelin, at some point prior to [[1986]], joined the [[Vice City Bikers|Biker]] gang in [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]] and proved proficient at illegal street racing. He and [[Cougar]] are later told by the [[Gang Leaders|gangs leader]] [[Mitch Baker]] to race against [[Tommy Vercetti]], who was attempting to prove himself. Zeppelin may have provided security for the [[Love Fist]] concert, although this is not shown in the game.
