Portland is a lower class bourough of Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The borough has a Red Light District, factories, a car shop, an Italian district for the Leone Family Mafia, apartments near the turf where the Diablos gang hang out, and a port where a strike occured in the year 1998. Pimps and prostitute dominate the centre of this district and Toni Cipriani's mother runs an authentic Italian fine dining restaurant.
