Fish in a Barrel is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, given by blind San Fierro Triad leader Wu Zi Mu to protagonist Carl Johnson from the office at the Four Dragons Casino, located along The Strip in Las Venturas, San Andreas.

Plot
This is technically a cutscene, and not a mission where you have to do a task.
Carl enters a room with Ran Fa Li. Woozie asks them to sign papers. After they had do so, Woozie has proclaimed them partners in managing and owning The Four Dragons Casino.
Trivia
Supposedly, this mission is where Carl escorts Ran Fa Li's limousine to the casino. For some reason, though, Rockstar Games scrapped it off.
