Africa Tower
The Africa Tower is a skyscraper located in Hatton Gardens opposite of the Comitee Civilization that appears in the GTA IV Era. It has an average size (when compared to other skyscrapers in Algonquin) and has its logo at the entrance, which is the name of the building with Africa in the middle. The function of the tower is not known, it may be an African embassy, a company or organization to help the third world.
