He appears in the game as the manager of the El Banco Corrupto Grande bank in Little Havana.He only appears in one mission: The Job.Although he has a minor speaking role, his voice actor is not credited.

Background

Little is known about the El Banco Corrupo Grande manager except for the few following facts: the El Banco Corrupto Grande Manager is a businessman who manages the El Banco Corrupto Grande bank. He is also the only staff member of the El Banco Corrupto Grande bank that knows the keycode to the bank's Flange 9000 safe.He pays protection money to the Patrol Invest Group.

Role in Missions

The El Banco Corrupto Grande manager plays a minor role in the mission The Job. In the mission, Tommy Vercetti and his four man crew consisting of Cam Jones, Phil Cassidy and Hilary King, break into and hold up the bank. Tommy and Cam then go to the safe only to find out that it is a locked Flange 9000 safe which could "take hours to crack, or five minutes if you could find the manager" according to Cam. Tommy then goes to the manager's office in the bank and finds the manager crouching behind his desk. Tommy then forces him to come down to the safe, crack it and provide the keycode to unlock it. His fate after the mission is unknown although he was probably killed by Cam or the SWAT.
