Anthony Corrado - Grand Theft Wiki, the GTA wiki

Anthony Corrado (1980-2008) is an associate of the Pegorino Family led by James Pegorino. He is 28 years old and is connected with the Liberty City Cosa Nostra. He is revealed by Pegorino, who he is a bodyguard for, to be wearing a wire and working for the FIB. He suffers a heart attack whilst preparing to testify against Pegorino, and is placed under maximum security at a hospital, which Niko Bellic is forced to infiltrate in order to silence him. He dies in the mission Flatline, where Niko guns him down as he lays on a hospital bed.
