Adam Dimayev is a criminal based in Liberty City who is wanted by both the Liberty City Police Department and the United Liberty Paper, an undercover government agency, for financing terrorism in the city.

Niko Bellic's contact at United Liberty Paper orders him to locate and kill Dimayev. He is located near a small garage in Dukes surrounded by bodyguards, creating a wall that the player has to fight passed before he is able to be reached. The player can kill him or walk away. The player doesn't get anything in return for sparing Dimayev though.
