Banning is an industrial neighbourhood in the south of Los Santos appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Events of HD Universe
In 2013 an unnamed group of between one to four people steals a package of cocaine from a Ballas and Los Santos Vagos deal before taking it to Gerald G. in Strawberry. Later in the year, Steve Haines and Dave Norton take Ferdinand Kerimov to a warehouse off Dutch London St in Banning. Haines then forces Trevor to torture Kerimov to obtain information about a suspected terrorist for Michael De Santa and Norton.
