Banning

Banning is a small industrial neighbourhood in the south of Los Santos appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. Banning is bordered by Davis to the north, northeast and northwest, Rancho to the east, Elysian Island to the south and the Port of South Los Santos to the west.

Events of HD Universe

In 2013 an unnamed group of between one to four people steals a package of cocaine from a Ballas and Los Santos Vagos deal before taking it to Gerald G. in Strawberry. Later in the year, Steve Haines and Dave Norton take Ferdinand Kerimov to a warehouse off Dutch London St in Banning. Haines then forces Trevor to torture Kerimov to obtain information about a suspected terrorist for Michael De Santa and Norton.
