Charles "Chubby Charlie" Matteo is the 60 year old underboss of the Ancelotti Family. Due to Giovanni Ancelotti's age (78), Matteo often represents the Ancelottis at meetings of The Commission. After skipping bail on racketeering charges Matteo went into hiding in Alderney. He is killed by Niko Bellic in the mission Trespass after he discovers Phil Bell's involvement in the sabotage of a cocaine deal between the Ancelottis and Russian Mafiya. Bell asks Niko to take out Matteo before he can report his discovery to the Commission.
