Eugene Reaper - Grand Theft Wiki, the GTA wiki

Eugene Reaper was a gun club member and believed that the world was built out of bad ideas. In high school, he played football and during his senior game, completing the game winning pass broke his leg in thirteen places. He was in the Chinatown branch of the Bank of Liberty in Algonquin when it was robbed by Packie and Derrick McReary, Michael Keane and Niko Bellic. After quietly conferring with a fellow hostage named Luis (who thought it was a bad idea to stand up to the robbers), Reaper opened fire, killing Keane. Packie and Derrick immediately killed Reaper in retaliation.
