Clay Parsons is a character in the 3D Universe who is mentioned in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Character history

Clay Parsons is, in 1984, an employee of Jeremy Robard's import/export business based in Vice City. In an interview with MeTV news reporter Jenny Mitchell, he states that he used to be a teacher despite his lack of 'book learning' but was fired after sleeping with one of his students who later became pregnant. After being fired, he heard a radio advert for Robard's business while driving, after being involved in a domestic dispute.
