Character history
Isaac was an employee of Fred's Pictures, presumably as an animator or voice actor, and worked closely with the company founder Fred Quincy and his secretary. In 1947, he and Quincy had a falling out but continued to work together. Isaac presumably had a brief relationship with Maureen, which annoyed Quincy. After failing to 'give his all' on the film Bip The Dog and filming a short film, using Fred's Pictures film, for Abe Schwartzman of rival company Browne Canyon, Quincy decided to kill Isaac and his secretary who had been attempting to blackmail him. Isaac's body was later taken to an abandoned mine in Great Chaparral, north of Los Santos, which is discovered by Michael De Santa sixty four years later.

Trivia
- Isaac's body has been largely preserved despite the long period of time since his death, which would not be possible in real life. If the player attacks Isaac's corpse, blood will also begin to flow out of the body as with any other non-playable character.
