Tahir Saeed

Tahir Saeed was an Arab working for Yusuf Amir along with Ahmed. He and Ahmed had set up a meeting with Yusuf at the tourist cleared observation deck of Rotterdam Tower, but when Luis Lopez showed up in his place and walked into a NOOSE trap they had set up in order to take control over the property business, Tahir was thrown from the observation deck by Luis and falls to his death.
