Fingerless gloves also appear on the [[PlayStation 2]] version of the outfit; in the [[PlayStation Portable]] version, only a wrist band is seen in regular gameplay, while the gloves are only featured in cutscenes. The outfit is added to the player's [[wardrobe]] after developing a High-roller [[Protection Racket]] [[Empire Building|empire site]] following "[[To Victor, the Spoils]]".
