Mr. Hernandez is, in 2013, a resident of Rockford Hills living in the same area as Amanda and Michael De Santa, and Hayden Dubose. He attends the neighbourhood watch scheme and, during one meeting in late 2013, was asked to remain outside with the help by Hayden, who later posts an apology on his Lifeinvader page.
