Franco Forelli is the Don of the Forelli Family in 1998, the setting for Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. He is diminutive, very greedy, has Mayor Roger C. Hole in his pocket, and has always been a thorn in Salvatore Leone's side. He's also a pawn of the Sicilian Mafia. Although he never appears in the game, he is mentioned quite often by Salvatore.

It is unknown whether or not Franco was killed in the Fort Staunton explosion caused by Leone made man Toni Cipriani.
