Fan Art?

Is this picture official artwork? because to me it looks like an, admittedly good, piece of fan art - if that's the case, then it doesn't belong on this website. - Hardrock182 16:59, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

It is indeed fan art, I searched on Google for "Vice City fan art" and this image was one of the results, along with various other images - with a similar art style - from a site called "toxel.com". - Hardrock182 17:14, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
