Jeff Chartier is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto V. His voice actor is not credited.

Character history

Jeff Chartier is, in 2013, a friend and employee of Dom Beasley acting as his helicopter pilot. He describes Dom as his "best and only friend I ever had". He helps Dom in his various adventures and later Franklin Clinton, both with Dom and on his own during the parachute jumps. After Dom's death he sends a message to Dom's Lifeinvader page stating "RIP Dominator".
