There's a continuity problem that should be worth noting. In GTA III it's implied that the parts of the tunnel are opened as they are finished. But in GTA:LCS it's shown that the Shoreside Vale portion is intact and goes across the two island half.--Allurade Dendra 04:10, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
- That's because the tunnel simply started out as an internal roadway in Shoreside Vale, connecting Wichita Heights and Francis International; work to link the Shoreside Vale exits to Staunton wasn't completed; digging towards Portland hasn't even started. - ZS 08:57, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
