Marina Sands Hotel is a hotel located in Ocean Beach, Vice City in both 1984, and 1986. The hotel is right across from the The Ocean View Medical Foundation. Nothing specific happens in GTA Vice City, however in GTA Vice City Stories the hotel is a choice for Phil Collins before his concert.
