Acter is a neighborhood in Alderney in Grand Theft Auto IV. It is located north of Tudor and south of Berchem. Presumably, it gives its name to the Acter Industrial Park.
It is notable for being the home base of The Lost and the hometown of most of the gang's members; it will thus most likely be featured prominently in The Lost and Damned.
