Character history
Cedric Fotheringay is, in 1998, the leader of a local biker gang in Liberty City. He is briefly featured as Maria's second lover, until she reveals to him that she is also seeing another man, Toni Cipriani. Fotheringay hits Maria, injuring her, prompting Toni to retaliate and subsequently kill Wayne in a chase. His full name is only featured on his gravestone in Staunton Island's cemetery.
