* make it in the middle east and have a really poor city and a really rich city like dubai or something. There should be all these terrorists in the poor city trying to wipe out the rich people in the rich city. They should be also fighting over oil. There should be lots of desert and many ancient relics and buildings in the middle of the desert along with gypsy villages. The player should be some white american guy who got fired from his job or something who does jobs for both sides, and gets hunted by both sides [[User:Wheel spin|Wheel spin]]

*Niko bellic should marrie alejandra the girl in TW@ and could appear in [[I'm Rich]]

*The ability to choose your character at the start and complete customization (Race, Gender, Name, ect)

*Take place in a London like city during the 1960's or 1970's with many safehouses (which have unique interors instead of the same ones over and over) with many groups of people, hippies, townies, urbans, ect. Or back in Vice City in the late 80's to early 90's.

*More melee weapons like the ones featured in Vice City, (Screwdriver, Hammer, Meat Cleaver, ect) unique melee weapons should be featured, such as car antennas which can be broken off automobiles.

*Better socilaization with Pedestrions (maybe people wanna have a converstaion instead of or before killing them)
