The "beauty mark" that could refute that it isn't her can be disregarded due to the poor quality of the scan, but at the same time her hair color isn't consistent with that of the official game art of Louise (this one has brown hair, while Louise's game art has black instead), yet is similar to the in-game depiction of Louise.
