Malc is an African-American member of the Uptown Riders in The Lost and Damned. The fact that the Riders weren't mentioned in GTAIV means that the game takes place a coulple years before GTAIV. He seems to have connections to the Lost, so the Uptown Riders and The Lost must be close allies. He also seems to be playing as a new Playboy X, by the loook of his bio and lifestyle.
