* I think that there should be a lot of changes in the police and how they operate. At a One Star Level the police should always have there hand on their holstered gun. At Two Stars the police should then draw there guns and still attempt to arrest you. At Three Stars they should start shooting at you and try tackling you to the ground. A helicopter also appears with the light almost constantly shining on you. At Four Stars the SWAT team should show up. By now the regular police should only be around to set up a perimeter and make sure they cap you off into just one section. If you are in a building the SWAT should do what they would do in real life. They should first set up a perimeter and enter through different doors of the building. They should use explosives to enter. During the breach SWAT personel should be dropping on the roof via rope from a helicopter. Rockstar needs to bring the military back with better vehicles, weaopns, and tactics. Most importantly there should be a K-9 unit in almost every car. The dog should be a German Shepard that the police sick on you when you run. They should also sick on you when your in a building if necessary to sniff you out of hiding. There should be a zoo full of animals and there should be children ages 13-up. I want to kill little children getting off the bus. You should be able to be a deputy alongside an officer that doesn't shoot at you when you work with him. There should be an option of arresting someone when you are a cop.
