The building is the base of operations for the [[LC24]] newspaper, and the tallest building in the entire [[East Island\|Broker/Dukes island]]. It stands 686 feet tall making it the tallest building in the metropolitan area outside of [[Algonquin]]. the two after it are the [[1180 Raymond Blvd]] (3rd tallest) and the [[National Newark Building]] (2nd tallest).
