Lure (GTA SA)

This is a sniper mission. For this mission you must kill a man. You will be told to go to a vehicle to get sniper ammo and go to a roof top. You get to the top and you instantly see a zoomed in view of a room on the building across from you. The man you want to kill is behind a wall and you see his T.V. and phone. Try to remember or write down the number, but don't worry if you don't. Call it if you have it if you don't just wait for to get the number text to you. It may take a while. then just hit options on the text message and get ready to aim your sniper rifle. Your target will get up and walk to the window. Aim your shot and hit him on the first shot. Then your done and you get paid.

You can also shoot his TV and he'll come to the window to look out. Alternatively, shoot the satellite dish, and he will go to the TV and stand there for a while.
