In Liberty City, Toni Ciprani is a Mafia member who lives with his mother in the Italian district of the Portland borough. After helping Salvatore Leone kill R.C. Hole, a bumbling, incompetent mayor who couldn't stop the industrial action, Salvatore finally indoctrinates Toni fully into the Leone Mafia Family as a "made man."
