Rami Yalon

Rami Yalon is an infamous Israelite hitman & is ex special forces. He once dismembered a man's leg & beat him to death with it. Rami used to work for a mafia family in Liberty city shortly after his time in special forces but his price soon became too much for the Italians to cope, therefore he took hits from Russian criminals instead, presumably Kenny Petrovic.
