Lowell "Sly" Dunbar is a Jamaican DJ. He is best known for his on-air partnership with Robbie Shakespeare, who are considered one of the worlds premiere rhythm sections for their work in the field of Reggae. Lowell Dunbar is also known for his voice acting of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas radio DJ Marshall Peters on the radio station K-JAH Radio West.
