Shitty Singer Competition

The Shitty Singer Competition is a televised talent show parodying American Idol; the name could also imply it is based on the shortlived Superstar USA, which exploited unskilled singers. The winner of the 2008 contest was Hank Johanson and "producers of the hit talent contest show promise to run the premise into the ground, one botched out-of-key power ballad at a time."
