Carmel Corn
Carmel Corn is a small outdoor business located on the pier of Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos with two shops on the pier, they sell Carmel Corn (Or Popcorn), Ice Cold Drinks and Fried Dough. The player cannot access the interior of these small shack/shops but can peer inside.
