Flatbed
The Flatbed is a vehicle that is availabe on all the GTA III era games. It is a heavy truck that can be usually found in the industrial district of all the games. Generally this truck drives at slow speeds; however if given the time and space for it to accelerate to full speed it can send oncoming cars flying. The military version of this truck that carries soldiers is the Barracks OL.
