No Effect on Vehicles and Pedestrians

I can't recall if it was the manual, an in-game prompt, or something online, but I do remember reading that in GTA IV, the horn supposedly does make other vehicles move out of the way. Can anyone confirm this? JFletcher^Talk (formerly User:Biggest gta fan ever) 00:08, 5 January 2012 (UTC)

I'm not sure either, but I think it makes pedestrians jump in IV. Will need to check this out. gboyers ^talk 00:56, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
