Carlos (GTA VCS)

Carlos is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Carlos is a member of Los Cabrones who Umberto Robina sends to pick up a package, in a race, from Downtown, Vice City. Carlos can be killed by the player.
