Dick Tanner (? - 1986) is a character from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Tanner is a member of a European gang that is planning to rob a bank in Vice City. Dick Tanner a Security Guards uniform on and is working at DBP Security as a cover while in Vice City. Tommy Vercetti is employed by Mr. Black to kill him before the robbery takes place.
