Lips 106
Lips 106 is one of the radio stations of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.

Lips 106 is primarily composed of DJ Cliff Lane and her co-host (though Cliff Lane insists that her co-host is just his intern) Andy. Together, they produce songs that is commonly under the R&B and Pop genre.
Cliff Lane
Cliff Lane is a DJ who was described by many as a "boy band hater" (due to the criticisms he threw every time the station plays a boy band-sung single. He is an avid fan (mysteriously) of Chatterbox FM (where Lazlow hosted).
Andy
Andy is the opposite of Cliff: she always supported boy bands though she also likes R&B music.
