Alderney State
Alderney State is a fictional American state (or like Liberty City State, a city-state, according to speculation) in the Grand Theft Auto series. It is a parody of real world American city/state of New Jersey. Alderney City is believed to be the capital of Alderney State, or simply a city-state (like Washington, D.C. or the Vatican).Although a different state, Alderney counts as a part of Liberty City in GTA IV.
