Chad is a minor character in The Lost and Damned. Chad was one of the employees along with Mr. Roncero at the rehabilitation center trying to help Billy Grey overcome his addiction to heroin. He seems good hearted and very willing to help Billy Grey, quite the opposite of Roncero who seems to hate Billy.
