Prostitutes, Wemon only, Bloods, Skinheads, Bikers, Buisnessmen, Illegals, Firemen, anything you can think of. Your gang can have custom logos they can tag anywere they want like on the streets on there clothes there cars Tatooes. Gangs can gain ranks or levels so they can unlock tougher hideout options like patroling cars, helicopters members with bulletproof vests stronger weapons, or interior options like Car garages or auto shops gun shops. And your characters can gain ranks as well unlocking weapon slots or attributes.

# What would be really cool is if they set it in the future, like in GTA 2 or even better, if it was set in the 1950's; maybe even Great Depression-1930's. They should also add states like Maine, maybe Alaska, maybe have London included as well, maybe "Anywhere City" from GTA 2, and have Pennsylvania, maybe Wyoming, Connecticut, maybe North Carolina and South Carolina, the Carribean, include Atlantic City in New Jersey, maybe with Hawaii, and have California with Los Angeles, Arizona, Nevada with Las Vegas, and maybe others.

# The setting should be the Mexican Drug War. It should be set around the US-Mexico border and be able to play as a capo or gunman from a drug cartel. # It needs to be as realistic as possible without being too annoying, such as GTA IV, and as realistic as it can get without being The Sims. The gang wars from SanAndreas need to be brought back. You wouldn't believe how much fun they were, and imagine them with GTA IV graphics. The character needs ot be able to build muscle in a similar, but much less anoying way than San Andreas. There should be some choice with your character, as well, such as picking from some predetermined ones, or a Make-Your-Own if possible.
