Once all of Phil's missions are completed in ''Vice City'', [[Tommy Vercetti]] the protagonist can buy the weapons [[Minigun|minigun]], [[M60]], [[Satchel Bomb|satchel charges]] and [[Rocket Launcher|rocket launchers]] from here.
