Facade

Facade (stylized in-universe as FACADE) is a software company present in the HD Universe. It is a parody of the real life software and consumer hardware corporation Microsoft. In Grand Theft Auto IV, Facade produces the Wing It presentation program. In Grand Theft Auto V, it is listed on the BAWSAQ under the ticker symbol "FAC". Facade is the manufacturer of a smartphone based on the Windows Phone mobile operating system.

Events of the HD Universe

In Lester Crest's attempts to manipulate the stock market to his will, Lester has Franklin Clinton assassinate Jackson Skinner, Facade's Head of Product Development. Lester sends Franklin to La Puerta to spy on a prostitute that Jackson intends to solicit a trick from. After Franklin assassinates Jackson, Facade's stock price drops while Fruit's stock price rises.
