Yes.It's him.I'm sure it is.GTA IV and GTA:SA are set 16 years away and the smoking can explain the massive voice difference between the characters.Everything else can be explained simply by aging.They both never say what government party they work with,they have identical clothing and hair as well as the same attitude.They must be the same dude [[User:HuangLee|HuangLee]] 02:07, 28 January 2009 (UTC) | |||
