Giovanni's Deli is ran by Leone Crime Family associate, Giovanni Casa. It is located on the border of Chinatown and Saint Marks, which often leads to skirmishes between the Leone's and the Triads While Leone capo, Toni Cipriani was trying to impress his mother, he took photograph's of Casa in a baby outfit chasing hookers to prove he was a pervert. When Casa found out about this he stopped paying protection to the Leone Family. And for this he was brutally murdered by Toni, and his guts were delivered to his own store to sell.
