This is the first mission of Elizabeta and the first you meet Packie and use a sniper. Mallorie and Elizabeta asks Niko to keep watch over a deal so isn't to comfortable with. Niko and Packie leave and Niko goes on top of a building across the street from the deal. It then gives a tutorial about how to use a sniper. Sometime later the dealers attack Packie making Niko help him. Packie will get into a brawl with one of them and if the player doesn't kill him in time Packie dies. Also when there is one left he will try and get into the van in the back to escape.
